HOPE INSPIRED FITNESS AND WELLNESS

Holistic Wellness Services
Holistic wellness services support physical well-being, stress reduction, and body awareness through movement-based and hands-on approaches. These services are designed to help individuals feel more connected to their bodies, build physical resilience, and support overall wellness.
Holistic wellness services are not psychotherapy and do not involve mental health assessment, diagnosis, or treatment. When offered alongside psychotherapy, services are kept professionally separate and scheduled independently.
Personal Training
Personal training sessions focus on building strength, mobility, and confidence in movement. Programs are tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, and physical capacity, with an emphasis on safety, sustainability, and body awareness. Sessions are paced and responsive, helping clients improve the range of motion while supporting nervous system down-regulation. This service may be helpful for: Muscle tension or stiffness Reduced mobility Stress-related physical holding patterns Recovery support alongside physical training

Myofascial Release
Myofascial release is a hands-on technique that focuses on releasing tension in the connective tissue (fascia) to support physical ease and mobility. Background in Holistic Wellness
As an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Wellness Consultant, with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through movement-based and body-focused wellness practices. My work is informed by an understanding of how stress is held in the body and how intentional movement can support regulation, strength, and physical ease.
While my training in psychotherapy informs my understanding of the mind–body connection, holistic wellness services are delivered strictly within the scope of fitness and wellness practice.
