Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy offers a supportive space to explore emotional experiences, patterns, and challenges that may be impacting your well-being, relationships, or sense of self. Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, or the lingering effects of difficult life experiences, therapy can help you develop greater understanding, regulation, and resilience.

My Approach

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, I practice under clinical supervision. My work is trauma-informed, relational, and mind–body oriented, integrating traditional psychotherapy with an understanding of how the nervous system responds to stress and trauma.

Therapy with me is collaborative and paced. I prioritize creating a sense of safety and trust, allowing clients to explore their experiences at a rhythm that feels supportive rather than overwhelming. Together, we work to increase emotional regulation, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen your capacity to remain present and grounded in daily life.

Areas of Support

  • Chronic stress or burnout

  • Anxiety and emotional overwhelm

  • Difficult life transitions or identity shifts

  • Trauma and developmental trauma

  • Challenges with boundaries, self-worth, or people-pleasing

  • Feeling disconnected from the body or sense of self

What to Expect

Our work together begins with a consultation, where we explore what brings you to therapy and what you are hoping to gain. Sessions focus on understanding patterns, developing internal resources, and gently working with emotional and somatic experiences as they arise.
Rather than focusing solely on insight or symptom reduction, therapy aims to support sustainable change by strengthening your nervous system’s capacity for regulation, safety, and connection.
