HOPE INSPIRED FITNESS AND WELLNESS
MY STORY
My work is rooted in a longstanding commitment to supporting others in their emotional, psychological, and whole-person well-being. Over time, my path has evolved from a primary focus on physical wellness into a deeper dedication to psychotherapy, informed by an integrative, mind–body perspective.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, practicing under clinical supervision. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, am a Certified Wellness Consultant, and an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer. For over a decade, I have supported individuals through movement-based and holistic wellness practices. These experiences continue to inform my psychotherapy work while maintaining clear professional boundaries between therapy and wellness services.
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in nervous system awareness. I support clients in exploring how stress, trauma, and life transitions are held not only cognitively, but also within the body and emotional system. Therapy with me is collaborative and paced, with an emphasis on safety, regulation, and the development of greater self-understanding and inner steadiness.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, chronic stress, identity shifts, and the lasting effects of difficult life experiences. I strive to create a space that is compassionate, culturally responsive, and attuned to each client’s unique history, strengths, and needs.
At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. Meaningful change unfolds through trust, presence, and respectful curiosity. My role is to walk alongside clients as they build resilience, deepen self-connection, and move toward greater clarity and balance in their lives.
If you are considering therapy and are seeking grounded, integrative support, I welcome you to reach out and explore whether we may be a good fit.
